Business Development Manager

You will be part of the core team and will be responsible for client acquisition and creating a constant flow of missions on the platform.
This is a pure hustler role and requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about entrepreneurship. It is a challenging role as it requires a set of skills - business development, marketing, research and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis through lead generation
- Build relationships with existing clients as well as new clients
- Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and promoting the organisation's presence
Skills:
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan
- A Hustler & a self starter - can convert casual conversations into sales pitches and convert pitches to business
- Aggressive & target oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Has unlimited appetite for growth
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years (Experience in selling internet/web based products would be a huge advantage)
